  the medium, most of the islands of Scotland have been omitted.  I've
  included the location of London because I suspect that most people have
  heard of it.

  The map is to a scale of very approximately 6 miles/col horizontally and
  13 miles/row vertically :-) .

  CO beaches where nudity is practised (on the rare occasions that it's
  warm enough) are indicated by *.  The numbers refer to the table above.
  Though there does not seem to be a problem with nudity at these sites,
  the legality is uncertain.
